THINGS YOU WILL NEED

USING THE REMOTE

Ensure you are pointing the remote directly at the BuzzTV box and the remote has a direct line of site to the box.

GETTING TO THE
HOME SCREEN

Using the BuzzTV remote, press the blue home button.

HOME SCREEN

Once you've clicked the blue home button, this home screen will appear.

SIGNAGE PAUSED/RESUMING

Using the OK button on your remote click 'CANCEL'

WI-FI

Next, use the arrow keys to navigate to highlight the WI-FI button, Click OK on your remote.

CHOOSE NETWORK

Using the arrow keys, move through the available WI-FI list and highlight your network. Click OK on your remote.

ENTER PASSWORD

Using the arrow keys and the OK button, type in your password on the keyboard that pops up on the screen.

TO CONNECT

Once the password is entered, click the back button on remote, then highlight 'CONNECT' and press OK on the remote.

ONCE CONNECTED

Once your device says connected, click the back button on your remote until you return to the Home Screen.

LAUNCH

Using the arrow keys, highlight the 'Launch' button. Allow your device some time to finalize WI-FI connection and for the screens to populate.

It may take up to 30 minutes for your device to initially connect to WI-FI and for the screens to populate. If your device still appears to be offline after 30 minutes and you have re-tried all the above steps, please call our support team - 403.277.5591 *2
